Emilia Lischke is a seasoned Strategist and Innovation Designer who seeks to push the boundaries of what is possible and explore uncharted territory.
As CHÔRA’s lead for place-based innovation and transformation, Emilia has led various social systems and policy innovation programs across the international development landscape. Building on her excellent portfolio design and capability building programs, partners have secured multi million investment into female-led agricultural innovation, secured government buy-in into transformative governance programs and created new innovation-to-policy linkages leveraging on-the-ground learnings for impactful and timely policy propositions.
Emilia brings a wealth of experience spanning various roles and industries from developing innovation ecosystems for higher education and industry networks, to localizing global policy change initiatives for disruptive tech start-ups and cross-pollinating the academia, business and social impact space through ethnographic research on social impact in the digital age.
